My order status is listed as "Awaiting Shipment"?
- If you ordered an In Stock Item, it is being processed and will be shipped out as soon as possible.
- If you ordered a custom item from us this update is to inform you that it is now in production.
My order is showing that it is "Shipped" but nothing is appearing on the tracking link?
- Our System sends you tracking info the moment USPS picks up your order from us, if it is trackable then it's in the Post Offices hands. USPS tends to hold packages at the hub for a few days (Wish we knew why) so be patient, it's on its way.
